I purchased Muse, what do I do now?
If you’ve signed up for Muse, you’re well on your way to receiving your first Muse
messages. If you are using SMS, you will get your first Muse message 24 hours after signing up. If you signed
up to use the Muse app, you should have received an email with a link to download the app. If you haven't,
please contact email@example.com.
Please note you must add a child to your account to be billed and to begin your subscription. Keep in mind, questions help us find the best activities for you and your child, so the more questions you answer, the more refined your experience will become!
Does Muse have any intention to work with children with learning disabilities or other special needs?
Absolutely! We want Muse to support every child's need and help you give them a happy, healthy, impactful life. We are developing interventions to support non-traditional learners. Sign up here to join our mailing list to keep up-to-date on exciting news and new features.
I have 2 kids, aged 12 and 13, are they too old to get the most out of Muse?
The initial release of Muse will be focused on children 0-12 years old. We hope to expand to support children 12-18 years old in the future. We also have another product in the works to support the growth and development of college-age students. You sign up here our mailing list to keep up-to-date with the latest features and offerings.
Do you have any internship or research opportunities?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you're interested in working with us. In your email, please include a bit about yourself and a recent accomplishment that has made you proud (and why).
If I choose to donate $25, do I still get the service for my child for a year?
If you donate any amount of money to Muse, these funds go directly towards supporting our non-profit organization Socos Labs. Socos Labs uses these donations to give children on our wait-list a free version of Muse (either SMS or app-based depending on the available devide). A donation does not purchase you an individual license for your child. However, for each individual license purchased, Socos LLC donates 20% of the revenue to Socos Labs, which does provide 1 free license to a child in need.
